Complex procedures address larger, deeper, or harder-to-reach problems such as significant fibroids, extensive scar tissue, or structural abnormalities requiring advanced surgical technique. The procedure is done under sedation as an outpatient but takes longer than a moderate hysteroscopy. Your doctor will discuss findings, recovery expectations, and any further treatment needed.
